Kirati khim is the newly constructed homestay, started from the year january 2022, In this article you’ll know what exactly we offer to our guest, what are the things that make kirati khim a unique homestay.

• Bonfire

We have the three bonfire set up, two on the riverside and one on the garden, We’ll manage all the necessary items like woods marinated chicken for the bbq which is basically done after the bonfire.

Our bonfire starts at 5:30 pm and last till 7:30 pm. We do provide musical instrument like guitar, if the guest wish to play and sing a song while enjoying the bonfire.

• Hiking\Camping

We also offer short river valley hiking starting from tabakoshi park to achlal busti, which is approximately 5 km and takes a half day to reach the origin of the river rangbhang. On the way you will explore the beauty of nature and wildlife.

We do provide camping on the riverside if you wise to hold your stay in nature and experience the less ordinary hike.

• Village tour 

The villagers of tabakoshi practice the organic farming, you can take a village tour and see how the organic farming is done. Mostly farming like orange, ginger, and cardamom is done in the large scale.

Most of the green vegetables is been grown in there respective plot of land.

• Tea Gardens 

Kirati khim is located in Tabakoshi being the part of Gopal dhara tea garden there are also several famous tea garden of Darjeeling. You can also see the tea plucking during the harvesting seasons which starts from mid march to September while walking through the tea garden trails.

• Fishing

You have a small hilly rivulet flowing just by the side of kirati khim, which is the best reason why you need to choose our homestay we have three fishing spot inside the homestay premises and the owners guides/provide you with the necessary items like fishing rods and fishing foods.

Fishing season starts from mid June to October. You will definitely have a fun time with us while experiencing how the local do fishing in the local resident style using fishing rods.
