Guest Guidelines – Kirati Khim Homestay

Kirati Khim is a family-operated homestay situated in Tabakoshi, near Mirik. The following terms and conditions are applicable to all guests and must be acknowledged prior to confirming a reservation.

Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

House Rules & Policies:

• Room lights must be switched off by 9:30 PM
• Loud music or noise is strictly prohibited after 9:30 PM
• Meals must be consumed only during designated meal hours
• No extensions or modifications will be permitted after booking confirmation
• Guests must submit photocopies of valid government-issued ID (Voter ID / Aadhaar)
• COVID-19 vaccination certificate is mandatory at check-in
• Advance payment is required to confirm bookings
• All confirmed bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable

By confirming a reservation, guests agree to abide by the above rules and regulations.
