🔥 Bonfire Nights
We have three bonfire setups — two by the riverside and one in our garden. Our team takes care of everything: firewood, marinated chicken for BBQ, and even musical instruments like a guitar if you’d like to sing and play under the stars.
Bonfire hours: 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
🥾 Hiking & Riverside Camping
Explore a scenic 5 km hike from Tabakoshi Park to Achlal Busti, tracing the origin of the Rangbhang River. Witness untouched natural beauty and local wildlife along the way.
Want to stay close to nature? We also offer riverside camping for those who love a more offbeat experience.
🌾 Village Tour & Organic Farming
Get a glimpse of village life in Tabakoshi. Locals here practice organic farming of oranges, ginger, cardamom, and green vegetables on their own land. Take a guided tour to learn about traditional methods and sustainable living.
🍃 Tea Garden Trails
Located within the Gopaldhara Tea Garden area, Kirati Khim offers you beautiful trails through the iconic Darjeeling tea gardens. Visit during harvest season (mid-March to September) to witness live tea plucking in action.
🎣 Fishing by the River
A charming stream flows right next to our homestay, where we’ve created three fishing spots for our guests. We provide fishing rods, bait, and local guidance — just bring your enthusiasm!
