Kirati Khim is a family-operated homestay situated in Tabakoshi, near Mirik. The following terms and conditions are applicable to all guests and must be acknowledged prior to confirming a reservation.

Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
House Rules & Policies:
- Room lights must be switched off by 9:30 PM
- Loud music or noise is strictly prohibited after 9:30 PM
- Meals must be consumed only during designated meal hours
- No extensions or modifications will be permitted after booking confirmation
- Guests must submit photocopies of valid government-issued ID (Voter ID / Aadhaar)
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate is mandatory at check-in
- Advance payment is required to confirm bookings
- All confirmed bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable
